Craig Lloyd - Managing Principal
Craig Lloyd is a nationally Certified Personnel Consultant.
His monthly column, titled "Recruiters Corner", appears in Laundry Today and is read by over 16,000 laundry professionals.
Craig is an active member of industry associations including TRSA, MTSA, and NAILM. He is on the HR Committee for TRSA and will be completing the TRSA / UTSA three-year Production Management Institute program in March 2002. Not one for simply sitting at a desk, Craig visits about 20 plants every year, updating his industry knowledge by meeting with production, maintenance and service management staff.
Prior to founding CLR, Inc. in 1998, Craig was the Director of Staffing and Relocation for the National Linen Service, where he personally conducted successful nationwide searches to find the best management talent in the industrial / institutional laundry industry. During that time he developed and wrote the corporate relocation policy, and was active in the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council.
With a degree in Industrial Relations from Rider University, Craig started his recruiting career with eight years at the Bell Oaks Company, one of the largest recruiting firms in the southeast. He was named "Personnel Consultant of the Year" within the Georgia Association of Personnel Consultants and earned his national CPC certification.
Craig's expertise is rounded out with seven years as Director of Salesforce Development for Premier Industrial Corporation, an Ohio-based Fortune 500 industrial distributor of specialty maintenance supplies.

Mary-Baldwin Morris - Research Associate
Upon graduating from East Carolina University, Mary-Baldwin worked in healthcare product sales and sales management. She created a recruitment research firm in 1996 under the name HCM, Inc. and provided research services for independent recruiters. In 1998, she joined the Atlanta office of CLR, Inc. as Research Associate and oversees the recruitment research department.
